Why do anything, if not for the joy of it? So you must work? Why not do it for the joy of it? We are speaking of alignment. Your deepest essence is joy. Joy is what results when you recognize that all is connected … that at your deepest level you are the connection. This is why connecting with nature and with the heart of seemingly-separate others feels so good. You are home. So, as you work and as you play, as you go throughout your day, align, align, align we say, and find the Joy in every way.
Yes, suffering is part and parcel of being human, but it is temporary. After the initial waves subside, you can choose to find your True Nature, for you are far more than “only human.”
You are so very loved.
LOVE THIS!! I’m heading off to work, and will bring this message to mind often. Love the rhyme :). Thank you, Sanaya!
Abraham hicks daily quote was very similar today. I bet it’s not just a coincidence haha. It said “The idea of “success,” for most people, revolves around money or the acquisition of property or other possessions, but we consider a state of joy as the greatest achievement of success….”
I love that Joseph, thank you for sharing.
Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya.
I always find joy most in Nature, camping, discovering , Stillness, the sound of silence, the song of a bird, in flowers, a breeze on a hot day, listen to rain, to a waterfall, when the sun comes up and a new day is on it’s way, but even when the day is over and I can relax and – yes- I love movies, stories.
The deep connection to my 2 daughters, my husband and other gone friends behind the veil, friends and people. (Not all of them.) I had plenty of painful situations, so now in my older age I am more aware of all those little things what really matters.
I am very grateful and in that I find joy.
“So, as you work and as you play, as you go throughout your day, align, align, align we say, and find the Joy in every way.”
I love this so much, Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya.
