Feelings come in layers. At the surface may be one feeling, yet if you truly examine it, beneath it you will find others that are related yet may seem very different. It is easy to throw blame at another for a surface feeling you are experiencing, but what lies beneath that? If you truly wish to enrich your relationships and get to the ever-present Joy that pervades all experience at the deepest levels, you will be willing to do a bit of self-inquiry. What you find will be most enlightening. This is guaranteed, for have you not found that when anything piles up in layers it obscures the light?
You are so very loved.

Thank you Suzanne. Thank you Ty . Pushing and pulling flowing toward the sea. Emotions create feelings , thoughts follow the flow.
I’ve been following you for a couple of years now (Scott Taylor referred me to you). A few weeks ago I signed up for your October W-holy You workshop in KC. I hadn’t lost anyone that caused me any particular upset. I just like your material and your way of being. Things change.
I found my 35 year old son’s body this morning.
I’m too grief stricken to try to reach him, but I look forward to day when I will.
Love to all.
Mark
Oh Mark, my heart goes out to you and your family. Perhaps at the level of Wholeness you knew to prepare with more tools. Trust all of us in this community, that day will come. Meanwhile, we all hold you up.
Great advise for those in volatile relationships!
