Guided always. That is what you are. You think they are all “my” thoughts. What if you were to shift your point of view to the state where all Consciousness is united, not apparently separate as it may seem to you now? Then “my” thoughts would be “My” thoughts, arising from the same “C” of Consciousness from which the Cosmos arises! “But what of those thoughts that hold me back and are repetitive?” Those are going round and round like a whirlpool in the stream of Consciousness. Cease trying to control thought. You cannot. Cease kicking. Breathe slowly, and you will find yourself drifting to the calm center. Here you will hear helpful guidance, if you will listen for that which is unique and beneficial. You are not alone, and you are so very loved.

Dear Suzanne and Sanaya, Does this apply to offensive/disturbing images (resistance) that appear in meditation while trying to communicate? Thank you!
Everything will flow through if simply noticed and allowed to flow past.
Thank You So Very Much All Of You.
Oh these analogies are and have been so much in my life. As a swimming instructor, the first thing I taught all my students was how to float. It is a life-saving skill to have. When you get tired, roll over on your back, keep your head back looking up to the heavens and surrender to the sea (C) to hold you up. And when you are caught in an undertow, surrender, go with the flow, and when the undertow lets go, float until you are out of it’s power and swim parrallel to shore for a little bit until you won’t be trying to swim against the flow when you swim back to firm ground.
And when you know you may be surrounded by danger, put on that life jacket, ie: ask your guardian angels to surround you with the white light of protection.
