Letting go. You feel it should be as easy as opening your hand and releasing what you are holding onto. But some things such as deeply felt emotions are not quite so easy to let go of, are they not? Grief is like this. You cannot simply “let it go,” for grief is a result of a deeply held connection. Understand, dear soul, that you are not letting go of a relationship when one you love crosses the veil. You are moving on together, albeit in a new way of relating. They still exist. They live on in spirit form. Learn to sense their presence and talk to them whilst you let go of and grieve the physical presence. It is a process, not an event. May our words today help you to process what is a very natural yet often painful aspect of being human.
You are so very loved.
This is very true! My heart is absolutely shattered, yet I do feel Jim is all around me. Grief is ,are times, overwhelming! And hid family was so disparaging in thier comments about Jim’s treatment of them as children. He was often away on TDY duties w/ Air Force. He did provide well for them . As adults, they did not vst him often or even call often. In the ladt 6yrs of his life,we became partners and very much committed to each other. Jim left me money that his dtrs felt was thiers. They have his property to sell . But they feel that I should had over the ckg acct. As I am on it ,per Jim, I am the owner as Jim intended, of that money. This conflict greatly increases my grief.
Your words truly resonate w/ me. Thank you!!
The dragon fly. An old symbol of transformation. All kind of transformation.
Dear Suzanne,
The synchronicity of this Daily message has left me stunned. July 23, 2020 is the day that my dear friend Jean “lost” her son, Andrew, to suicide. Shortly after that difficult moment she had many experiences with Dragonflies and she said she believed Andrew was communicating with her via the dragonflies. How wonderful that the dragonfly is the picture Sanaya or you picked for this particular message on this particular day. I sent it to her. Coincidence? I think not! ;-) FYI she has written a book about her son. https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/deer-dragonfly-and-cardinal-jean-robison/1146891688?ean=9798992181708
