Ghosts are those in the spirit world who wish to hang around the earthly plane a while. Some make noises. Some move objects. It is the fear of the unknown that causes humans to fear ghosts. What if you knew that ghost was grandpa? If not your grandpa, then someone else’s, who is just trying to make a point? You have been programmed by your horror movies to immediately think the worst when you hear the word ghost. Think instead of your romantic movie with the same name (“Ghost”), and never forget that the underlying fabric of all life is Love. Some beings remain here longer than others out of their deep and enduring love. Return it in kind and help them by doing so. All are so very loved.

That message brings about a question for me: if there is only here (as I believe there is), what ‘here’ is the specific one mentioned in «Some beings remain HERE longer than others out of their deep and enduring love » ?
If that ‘here’ is the earthly plane, how is that ‘here’ different from/opposed to the ‘here’ of the spiritual plane if (again) there is only here?
That seems to me as if there is more than one ‘here’ and that a soul that crossed the veil is either hanging around the earthly plane or evolving in the spiritual plane and then can not be everywhere at once (can not be in both planes) as I tought was meant by ‘There is only here’…
If some light can be shed on this for me, I would be very grateful!

Great question, Sylvie. You are correct that there is only here IN AWARENESS, in Consciousness. But Consciousness is unlimited, so it can take any point of view/perspective it chooses. In writing, “Some beings remain here longer than others,” that is from the earthly human POV. Close your eyes, shift your awareness to that of those in the spirit world, and their awareness is fixed on their current experience. What are they focusing on? That’s “where” they find themselves … so it can be “here” in the room with an apparently separate “you” or it can be “anywhere” they choose to experience. The room in which you sit right now actually only exists in Awareness! So there is only ever “Here in Awareness.” This is challenging for the human mind that has grown accustomed to believeing what we think is outside of us. xxoo

My mind has something very interesting to chew on with that encompassing AWARENESS point of view.
I had heard before that ghosts were spirits that were stuck on the earthly plane, but what Sanaya and you suggest is a more free point of view showing a choice made in awareness by the soul/spirit and that feels more right to my heart because it feels more spacious.
