Do you know that you can become addicted to drama? “No!” you exclaim. “I choose peace!” Yes, and then you turn on your favorite drama on the television and get drawn in by the characters, who appear to know nothing of the greater reality, and how they suffer. You identify with their pain. You grieve for them, and in a strange way, this feels good. Enjoy the drama but do so with Awareness. When you leave the experience, you carry that energy with you. Be aware of what you are feeding the mind. The soul thrives on nourishment, and the more aligned with the Light the experiences you feed it are, the more peace you enjoy.
You are so very loved.

Good reminder
I admit I have been addicted to the real-life drama that continues to playout in both the political arena in the US and in the Covid pandemic. My intent for 2021 is to let it go and stay focused on what brings me Joy. Thanks for this reminder Suzanne!
I find myself I drama life since a very young age, now I know It’s because I am trapped with the feeling that im unworthyness!
I would like it if you could adress this to spirit see how I can resolve this I cant do it alone!
Namasté!

I love that you finished your message this way.?
The Divine light in me recognizes the Divine light in You.
That light is love, joy and peace.
When I drive my son to school I find much joy in waving good morning to my neighbors some I know and others I don’t. After
Several years there are still a few that don’t wave back. There are some that I don’t even know their names, but every time I can count on them to greet me back with a wave, a smile, a nod of the head. It brings me such Joy. My son one time asked me why I bother… I’m hoping he soon will understand the joy in seeing the light in each and every person. ??️
I am so grateful for this loving community which continues to inspire me each day.❤️
Such timing! Michael Sandler’s stream last evening told the fable of the boy and the two wolves (Good and Evil) fighting on his shoulders (“Which one will win, Grandpa?”, “It’s up to you: The one you feed wins”).
I keep checking my mail for the link to register for the Kansas City retreat. I attended the first one and it changed my life so wanr more. Perfect timing because the stimulus check is making it possible!
Registrations start today at 9 am!
It is so peculiar. But when I am in a sorry state of mind, as I have been recently, I am ashamed to admit that I look for movies in a genre that I don’t normally watch; suspense, heavy drama, fright. I think it’s because I want to see people feeling worse than I do. Is that horrible?
Thank you.
I love movies and stories I must admit. Also books.
I am aware that they are only stories, sometimes love stories which have nothing to do with real life but nice.
Or Music. Placido Domingo spoke at the New Years Concert from Vienna. Very touching. He said : Classicsl Music, like from Strauss, Mozart & Beethoven and many others are not for distraction rather feeding the soul. And it does. It touches me deeply.
Thank you for the reminder❤️
True as the driven snow.
