A dog gets a new toy and immediately sets upon chewing it. This is instinct. How many things do you do by instinct? How often do you choose things that may not be in your soul’s best interest because you are following the instinctual behavior of the human nature? These patterns become conditioned behavior until you become aware of them. And what is aware of them? Certainly not the human aspect of you, for it takes a higher level to observe. Could there be an aspect of you beyond the human that is aware of being human? Indeed. Inquire into this. To do so, you must become the observer. It is in this higher role that you begin to make sense of things that heretofore have been automatic. And now the healing can begin.

My “story” in this new world that you are so wonderfully/ clearly sharing with all of us is like many others –
Fight Flight, Freeze , React , repeat, pattern-
2018 really started a “ forced “ shift from this all too familiar place to how I recently found you.. It’s been slow but suffice to say, I’m now in a much more “ aware” place –
I’ve always known that we are al connected and down of the universal truths that you share with us that are really the keys . But the human noise the linear thinking the entrenched patterns the hurts and protectors don’t allow until you start to shift-
One big thing as I’ve now been daily meditating for about close to a year mostly using SatoriPrime as a guide, to “ drop “ in , I’ve notice that eye roll back shift – sort of trying to see those lights that flicker there. All the words you use aligns with what Ilan and Guy share AND I am finallly in a place where I can add you and others to learn and grow where as in the past , I would have said oh I only follow x or y-
Another piece I know and in some way you, having been in such a directed military world is that 3 yrs ago or less even I would have said this is BS.

And I am eager to shift in all ways for the betterment of myslef ; my wife , my kids , my career my financial security –
While I was running yesterday , which I do occasionally, I was saying what does my wife need me to know right now and also I surrender-
While it was not exactly what I expected & I did not hear anything, we were at a lake later in the water Ans she told me something about “ not getting her check for some work yet from the school district” I shared as best I could what I had practiced during my run and she said that she needed me to know about the check.
While it wasn’t exactly what I expected- we shared a moment-

Thought provoking piece. If we are honest with ourselves, I think the answer might be that we make most decisions based on instinct or emotion. Speaking as a human, the awareness of which you speak is difficult to achieve and seems almost impossible to sustain, I think primarily because of the Ego whose job seems to be to call balls-and-strikes (using a baseball metaphor) to reassure us of how favorably we are perceived by others. As long as the Ego rules, I think we will be limited to a reactive existence and focused on the least important parts of it. In the end I wonder if the only Reality is that of experience and decisions and how much we learn from the former and take responsibility for the latter. If Earth is a school, I wonder how many of us are in Special Education.

I’ve just discovered these messages from Sanaya and I’m absolutely loving them!
I’m very curious about something, so I have to ask if you have heard of “Emmanuels Book?”
Reason being, Sanaya reminds me so much of the messages in that book & they also used the phrase, “dear ones” a lot. I watched a video of yours from 2018 where Emmanuel Swedenborg came forward about being part of Sanaya, this makes me wonder if it’s the same person being channeled from “Emmanuel’s Book?”

Thank you yes I am becoming more aware what is happening to me since I found Suzanne you tube link.
I am becoming more aware that God is showing me something beautiful. All along the holy spirit communicates with me especially when I’m in the church . It’s all making sense.
I am preoccupied with life problems and overlooking the gift iI was given that I could have used for all these years to help me in my practice (Bereavement counselling in UK and to my people in who lives in The Philippines and America.
I believe it’s my calling even before but no guidance from a medium.
