Difficulties will continuously arise. This is the obstacle course you call “life.” How you perceive them is all-important in how you navigate them. You may not have a choice in what you do about a challenge, but what you think about it is up to you. You were most likely taught or observed others’ behavior regarding the response to a challenge. What if you said, “Isn’t that interesting!” to each obstacle instead of “Oh, how awful!” Or “This can’t be happening.” Why, you would be able to receive fresh insights from this fresh, neutral point of view. Try it, why don’t you?
You are so very loved.

Thank you so, so much for this message for all of us. Overwhelming gratitude for this. ❤️❤️❤️
What a “lovely “ idea !
You know ,yesterday,I listened to David Bingham and Rhonda Byrnes. What I heard was a new perspective on living life. I hear similar from you , Suzanne .
At the end of listening, of drinking in their words,I felt uplifted. It is very much how your work impacts me.
I then walked from my room to another room. I pushed open the door and …BANG!! The closet door to the left had been left ajar. How unexpected was the jolt! Ahhh, what is this about? What am I being told, here? As I corrected the situation the answer came….” There will probably be a few more jolts to come ….hmmmm “ isn’t that interesting ?
The habitual reaction would have been (an expletive). Now that IS INTERESTING…?
It depends how difficult the obstacle is ..
if you are dealing with a serious problem in your life.,
It will not become easier to solve by saying “That is interesting…”
Life is not that simple unfortunately.
I lovingly disagree, Liam. Saying “Isn’t that interesting” is the key to helping us take a neutral stance. From there, if we know to shift our focus beyond the human story, we can access the sea of all possibilities, attune to our unseen helpers and find solutions that may not be apparent as we get sucked into the drama. It is a critical first step
Thank you Suzanne. I respectfully disagree .. I do not know how anyone with a major trauma in their life
could rise above it by focusing on some words?
Sometimes, life is just utterly brutal and merciless to the kindest and most big hearted of people.
I know this from biter experiences unfortunately. I cannot understand how are loving, caring spirit guides
allow many of us to suffer greatly in many ways.
You must have a far stronger spirit and greater understanding than I ..
Maybe when I fully connect with my Spirit Guides, I will understand more…
For the moment, I cannot understand why sometimes our Guides appear to ignore us.
Forgive my little rant. Perhaps, I need more patience.
Oh, gosh, Liam, it’s far more than focusing on words. It’s aligning with the energy of the words and then going deeper to the source when aligned with that vibration. I’ll leave it at that for now. You’re on the right path.
Righto. I understand. Thank you for your comments.
Isn’t all interesting …the way things flow or stall based on our present mindsets …
Have a beautiful day ahead ❤️.
Much needed message. Heart felt Gratitude?!!
Greetings to jesus the Nazarene
Good morning Suzanne.
Thank you for your message from Sanaya.
Personally it’s better to say” it’s interesting ” it’s a positive comment and that I believe will attract positive solution .To have hope the problems will have SOLUTIONS with the help of people around you who cares.I believe that God send people to help us by giving us ideas in solving the problems ,linking us to other people who could help.
I have realised this for sometime people out there are willing to help but we need to reach out and ask for help.
.It can be a lonely world to deal with heavy loads on your own.
I believe life is give and take. There are still good people willing to listen and help in anyway they can.
We will ask for help now because we need it and in return we could help once we are in a good place.
God’s words of
WISDOM
ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE
KNOCK AND THE DOOR WILL BE OPEN TO YOU
SEEK AND YOU’LL FIND.
I wish all peace and love
Thank you Sanaya
Thank you Suzanne
Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya! I needed to be reminded that my perception towards challenges makes a difference in how I navigate them. I seem to have one challenge after another, but I keep pushing forward. I’ve done this all my life.
I’m trying to help my daughter do the same. Her father transitioned in Oct. 2019 and the emotions are just now hitting her and she’s dealing with anxiety because of it. I forwarded her this message hoping it will give her a different better perspective on her challenges.
Your messages are great reminders and are a comfort!
I hope it helps your daughter, Annette.
Thanks so much Suzanne!
I’ve always loved that saying! It really, almost immediately calms your inner most being! Brings you to a place of “thought” instead of “reacting “.
Hugs, thanks and gratitude Suzanne!
