Lethargy: when you have no desire to move or to do anything. At the very least, your world is moving in slow motion. What is the cause? Lack of motivation? Overtiredness? A blockage of some sort, to be sure. Whatever the cause, it is not your natural state. You cannot help but notice that something is not quite right. This is because the Life Force that animates the body seeks balance, and when you are out of balance, there is an innate awareness. Pamper yourself until and after you find the cause. That lethargy is telling you something. There is another voice that will tell you how best to restore equilibrium and once again find your innate peace. Are you listening?
I have been so tired and unmotivated for so long, and in the last year chronic pain that is continually worsening has also accompanied this lethargy. The thought of meditating makes me sleepy. 2 days ago when I forced myself to follow a yoga session I started sobbing because I can no longer do any floor work- it is too hard to get up and down. Not every day is like this, but most. I go to work and on my off days try to do something with my granddaughter(s) who last their daddy in Dec. I’m always in pain and tired after. I lost my other son 15 months earlier. I DO take care of myself, sleep, take salt baths, homeopathic medicines…I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Sarah, We are sending you healing energy and the affirmative prayer that you are being led to the right people who can help you find healing. xxoo
Sarah, I’m reading a book called “Forever Painless” by Miranda Esmonde-White. Perhaps her philosophy will be part of your answer.
Sending you this affirmation: Sarah, you are whole and well and all is in divine order for you. YOu are loved, and you are love.
