When something continues to come into awareness, pay attention. You try to ignore the signs, but here they come again. This is how the Universe speaks to you when it cannot speak. Listen with Awareness. Ask why you are seeing this. Ask of Higher Consciousness what the message is for you. If, now that you are paying attention, it speaks to the heart, then act on the nudges it brings. Go through life in this manner and you will come to know how very guided you are. See the wonder in the signs Universe puts in your path and rejoice.

I meditate since few month ..the sacred seven i start few week ago and i imagine Jésus..arcangel Mikeal ans my dad talking close to me i cry and breath so deeply..i am so sentive..
