Musical notes. They follow one after another, changing. Except for your One Note Samba, it is the change that makes a song interesting. Many do not like change, but it is the ups and downs of the notes of life that make it interesting, intriguing, and lead to growth. “But I like things just the way they are,” you say. “Why must they change?” And we tell you that this is why you came here at this time: to be a change agent as all grow closer to knowing wholeness. You may play adagio or presto. You may take a long rest or play without pause, but the music plays on. Embrace change and seek the most harmonious notes for the most en-Joyable experience of your part in the symphony of life.

This is exactly what I needed to hear today. I have a chance to transfer for work from my comfortable acreage and home just outside Calgary to a small town (just 6000 people) in central Alberta. My guides have given me signs that this is what I should do so I’ve been moving forward with it and Sanaya’s message is “the icing on the cake” that this is what I should do. Thank you!
Have you ever “surrendered ” to the music ? Music can take you on so many thrilling adventures. Once you “let go” it’s as if a ” muse” entrances you into the flow.
Even the one note can be seduced into fits and starts, pauses and runs, slips and slides….and the tempo becomes the accompanying strength. So maybe if one note ? is willing to taste the movement, eventually it may become curious about the harmonics it is capable of.
This is an important reminder and beautiful encouragement that we need to embrace change and enjoy our journey on earth. This is beautiful, thank you Suzanne.
Reading this just now is absolutely music to my eyes and heart. I am in my element when listening to music and it always plays in my head giving me insights. I am learning to stop and listen to the particular harmony of the ‘moment’. I just finished your course given over the months of Dec and Jan. Change is required in every phase of life. Yes, this catalyst of awareness is soo much needed to bring a fresh perspective. I always welcome change with an open mind and heart but not without kicking and screaming ?. Thank you Suzanne for sharing❤️.

Your daily messages help me so much. I need help…. if you can…… I am so tired in this earthly experience, I just want to be done and go home. I understand that each moment I am here is for a purpose of learning, but I feel so down because I just want to be finished here. I can say that I am joy- but I am not feeling joy. My fiancé went home three years ago. My heart is shattered. I know he is here with me, but I am not able to have back and forth conversation with him yet. I took the soul to soul class and am trying. Losing someone that you love so much hurts the human heart so terribly….. I am afraid of losing one of my close family members.. I feel like my heart cannot take the extreme pain of that again. If I go home, I won’t have to feel the pain of losing someone I love, and I can be around them to help them.
I know I have to be here until it is my time to go home, can you give me your wisdom on what to do to feel joy and happy about this earth experience? If you can- I appreciate it so much.
Dearest Janni, it is time to surrender fully. Just give up. Give up all the efforting and say to the Universe, truly feeling and meaning it: I can’t do this anymore. Help me. Miracles happen when we realize we can turn all our challenges over to our Highest Self.
