Praise. You know it works wonders when you give it to others. You have heard it refer to giving gratitude to Source. Do not wait to receive it from others. Give it liberally to yourself, for you are an extension of the greater Self. There are far too many of you who do not feel worthy of praise. This lack of understanding and awareness of your innate wholeness and magnificence sets into action a dynamic that is not helpful. Find that which is praiseworthy within yourself. Others see it. Can you? Trust us, you are so very loved. Seeing and knowing this Truth is the beginning of healing yourself and your world.

Thank you again Suzanne for the many things that SOURSE has given to you to share with us. I was brought up Catholic and always thought that we are not worthy of SOURSES graces. What perfect timing for this message. I produced something really well and was proud of myself and SO thankful for the talent to be able to do it. I captured pictures of the eclipse and shared with all. It was incredible getting the praise for this accomplishment but then I thought “oh my, am I being ego driven?”

Something incredible is happening to me. I had a revelation that we are all one being beyond our individual ego. I used to think GOD was a powerful father figure that created the world. I now this day have realized that we are all GOD. Why should it not be so. Your message today is about praise. Praise you praise me we are all the body of GOD. You say we are all part of the greater self. Yes we are the greater self. No separation.

A surfeit of gratitude to Sanaya and Suzanne and her team on this glorious morning as the sun rises on the east coast of Australia for today’s most meaningful, to me, message. For 2+ yrs I’ve been casting around looking for something without knowing what it was. Amassing a library of 50+ has done little for my spiritual progress. In Feb an Open Channel reading from a Medium contained the words ; “There are books written about spirituality and becoming more but sometimes it only takes some understandings and tips to have the information needed.” The message in “Praiseworthy” resonated with me and immediately brought the words from Feb to mind. April and May were predicted as two excellent months. Not sure about April (likely to be something that was not obvious) but May is good now that some understandings and tips have come to the fore.!! Many thanks and blessings to all entities involved in bringing the ‘understanding’ to my attention. Cheers sisu Paddy

Taking care of oneself has always been the last resort. We have been made to feel guilty or selfish if we put ourselves before all others. I now know that the greater my self love the greater love I have to offer the world. Not only that but, at those times when I feel I am immersed in self love there is nothing or no other place or feeling I would want for myself or anyone that comes into contact with me to be in. I have experienced this kind of love thru meeting others and it is so powerful and overwhelming that I ask myself, “who is this person? How did they get to be this powerful loving being?” And just as I felt this overwhelming love, I said to myself, this is how people must have felt (even more so) when they met Jesus. Thank u for this uplifting email. It encourages me to see the spirit in everyone I meet first and foremost, and allow the love to pour forward in my presence.
