Don’t forget to flow. Forget? How could you forget what comes naturally? In the same way that you forget moment by moment that you are far more than a person in a body with a mind. How could you forget something as fundamental as being a being of light on a journey of human experiences? For those very experiences are so compelling that your attention becomes drawn to them to the exclusion of the very remembrance that will bring you peace. How to remember? Tie a string around your very human finger. Write a note upon your very human forehead. Set a reminder on your very human devices to take a deep breath every so often. Moment by moment do whatever it takes to step outside the drama and simply be the aware Presence that is your True Nature.

I can relate! When I need to remember something, I often put my watch on the opposite arm. I squeeze it and repeat three times what I need to remember.
