Observe the flow and you will find greater peace. Why is this so? Because life is naught but flow. Do more than observe and that’s when things get interesting. Observe the flow often enough between the moments of doing, and you will come to know there is nothing but flow … First arises a thought, then a feeling, then a thought, then a sensation, then a feeling, and in between, there is peace. Somewhere in these now moments that create a sort of movie, you notice peace, and the realization arises that the thoughts, feelings, and sensations all arise as if on their own, but the peace is always there … the essential ground beneath all experience. Observe. Be present. Know. You are this experience and the peace from which it arises. So what? You may ask. Ask repeatedly until you find the peace.
You are so very loved.

Beautiful and so true!
This is soooo perfect!
Dear Suzanne,
This hit home just now. I was caught in thoughts that lead to feelings about my taxes and then I read this and I see that if I stop and find the peace, there it is. The still beauty of the always present peace. I am reminded of my other insight this morning upon waking up of the “Grand Neutral Chalise”.
I have been a member of Dr Sue Morter body awake Yoga for a year now and as we sit on the mat, she instructs us to lift our arms and become the “Grand Neutral Chalise” Suddenly the image makes complete sense. An entire year of her saying this and wow I finally get it. Your Daily Way today ties it together in a profound way for me.
Thank you,
I love you,
Terri
