When you live with someone or spend a lot of time in another’s presence, you are likely to pick up their energy as likely as you are to pick up a cold. Yes, thoughts and emotions are contagious. When one around you is grumpy, it is easy for you to fall into the same funk. And when they smile and laugh, what happens to you? Do you see how susceptible you are to energetic field influences? They are most powerful. What do you wish to radiate to the world? How do you wish to be aligned? What do you wish to pick up from others and what do you wish to spread? Awareness is all-important if you wish to evolve.

On the subject of love and the heart, Pam Gregory, a British astrologer, recently talked about research that was carried out at a German university. They were researching photons and how the human heart emits an average of 20 photons per second. When a group of people were asked to meditate on the heart for 20 minutes their hearts emitted 100,000 photons per second! Following on from your comments about intention in your monthly webinar, if we could bring people together across the world with that intention, the effect would be amazing! You might also find Rory Duff’s research interesting. He is a British geophysical scientist and works as a dowser.

Oh my perfect timing I am looking after my 78 year old mother who has had a tumour removed 3 weeks ago. She is depressed and miserable and I have just realised how this has pulled me down. Thank you so much I will try harder to be the spreader.lots of love
