Are you always in a state of go, go, go? When do you stop, stop, stop? It becomes a habit to fill every moment. Have a second? Pick up your phone. Yes, we see you. All of you, and you would see us, or at the very least sense us, your angels, better if you would fill those empty moments not with a television, computer, or telephone screen, but with what those across the veil are attempting to put on the screen of your mind. It is there, amidst the noise. Stop, drop into a state of restfulness for a few moments here and there, and sense.

I can sense now after pretty volume of reading and listening to an amount of lessons by others and you, Suzanne, that the key to have a stable connection with beyond the veil is to stop a lot of times through the busy and noisy day and step to the veil, this silence you get when you step into the veil and experience/listen for a while.
