You worry so about your children. Why is this so? For you have faced the self-same challenges. You want to keep them from harm, to ease their pain, to help them avoid any sorrow. And have you not grown from your own? And are you not stronger now as a result of your challenges? Yes, of course help as you can to ease all burdens. That is what those who care do for each other. Yet, also realize that life’s challenges are what the soul came here for. The soul, as an extension of one Source, is fine. It willingly takes on challenges so that it can shine better. Your compassion and caring is the greatest gift you can give. And when they emerge stronger from their trials, you are here to celebrate the joy with them, for you know this feeling as well.

But, for many, life’s challenges are far too much to carry and for some people; their life is continuous suffering and misery. So, what do our spirit guides say to that ?
Knowing we are souls and holding onto the awareness that at our most fundamental level there is no suffering, may we be a light unto others until they realize this.

Hi Suzanne, Im so interested in your work. I have been some through challenges which I do believe have made me stronger but my biggest worry is that one of my kids will die, how can I get past that

Hi Gillian, that’s going to take a commitment to notice your thoughts, focus on the Serenity Prayer or anything that holds that same thought, and in the realization that your thoughts are holding you prisoner to fear, set the intention and do set those thoughts aside moment by moment and focus on gratitude. That’s a start!
