A swirling maelstrom. This is what you might call a storm of great proportions. It is quite easy to get sucked into patterns that swirl. Take notice how this happens in crowds of people and in conversations one-to-one when another becomes quite animated. You may be susceptible to these attractive forces, so it may be in your best interest to swirl in the other direction when the attractive, constricting forces grow strong. Awareness, as always, is the key to maintaining peace.
You are so very loved.
While learning to reduce smoking, with the aim to quit, i do realize that first thing in the morning is not ‘my shining hour.’ As such, i was sitting on my balcony, having finished breakfast and turned to have a few puffs. As i was enjoying these slow processes of waking, i heard a voice say,
“Do you realize you just smoked a whole cigarette?”
OMGosh No!!! I had not.
Everything had just felt so normal for that little while but it was the normal of which i had to get rid myself.
Rather than slam myself, i remembered i am IN THE PROCESS; i have been doing pretty good and can do better, and will do better. Keep on track. That’s all. Keep on track.
