Robins sing in the yard when the ground is no longer hard. Everything goes in cycles. Rain falls and then the sun comes out. What, you ask, is it all about? You cannot have the full experience of life in one go-around. You pick up where you left off in the next time around, whether that be another day, another week, another lifetime. May this awareness take the pressure off. You don’t have to fit everything in all at once. Allow life to flow. Savor what is before you—what your choices have led to—and be present with this moment. This moment is all you ever have, yet you will have it for all eternity. Seek the GIFTS in each moment and you will find peace.
You are so very loved.

Dear Suzanne
It bothers me a little that you keep using the pronoun “I” when what I’m really concerned about is a special “we”, having “lost” my partner Elaine in this life only 3 weeks ago. What I really want to know is that “we” will continue together somehow. If it’s only about “me” it all seems disappointing. I do not feel fully myself alone.
Hi Ken, ask to come to know how the One becomes the many/us, and you will understand how each of us can be and is both I and we always. Surrounding you with strength and love.
I just finished the introductory webinar with The Shift Network. In the exercise we did, I asked for a sign of a bird. That’s what I pictured while in the meditation. I opened this email, and there was a bird. I love that affirmation. Suzanne, listening to you has made such a huge difference in my life. My daughter said yesterday that I look different. She senses the increase in love and joy that I’m experiencing. Thank you. ???
Best validation ever! I’m so grateful to hear this, Isabel. Happy for you and your family.
we are all one we are many with the universe we are all connected it doesn’t seem that way with the body at times
too much focus on the body rather than spirit self no one dies just the body as I found out when I had NDE and come back.
