Self-improvement. It gives you the impression that something is wrong with you. You look at your advertisements and see smiling faces when often smiling is the last thing you feel like doing. That is okay. Two days in a row we give you permission not to smile, yet we remind you that shining is your true nature. Is this a paradox? Not at all. It is the evolutionary impulse of creation to want to smile.
There is feeling good and not feeling so good. Were it not for the push and pull to smile, humans might make worse choices than they often do. Here is an experiment for the day. When you are faced with a choice, make a preliminary one. Then smile and choose again. Should you see a difference, and we dare say you will find it quite miraculous, you will understand even more how very close is the soul, the aspect of you that is smiling, knowing that ultimately, at a deeper level, all is well.
You are so very loved.
« ? Smile even though you’re aching
? Smile, what’s the use of crying?
…..
You’ll see that life is still worthwhile if you just smile ? »
?
Thank you for the reminder!
This message is so simple, but so rewarding. Thank You ?
Thank you so much for sharing this, Suzanne. I was taught to smile, no matter what, since I was a very tiny child from my very very precious Mother. I am sooooo glad I signed up to receive your updates.
So have you noticed that when you smile with a mask on in stores that people can’t see your smile and don’t treat you as well. I miss that. Someone made a see through mask so you can see a person talking and smiling. I also don’t hear as well when I can’t see their mouth.
