This is a state of Awareness, this experience you are having as you read these words. And it is Awareness itself having the experience. A dream is a state of Awareness, and it is Awareness in which the dream arises. That cat is a state of awareness. And it is Awareness having the experience of catness. And what else? All there is is experience arising within Awareness. Call this Awareness what you wish. You are This Awareness, here, now … being. What does that tell you about all beings and all that is arising in Awareness? Do you see now how all is interconnected and why you are never alone? There is only the One as the many.

Namaste, warm wishes to all. I’ve found myself to be alone, and I hope it doesn’t last too long. Today’s message from Sanaya reminds me I am never truly alone. Recently in the past I wished to be alone, and now that I am, I very much wish the people returned. When I’ve learned what I can from the current situation, I know my life will improve. I’m waiting in the present moment, watching the world whirl by, knowing my time is in the future. Sanaya reminds me I have the support of Source. I could do something now, decide something to change, grab the reigns of “now” and steer into a brighter lane!
