When things don’t go as you have planned, you may become tense, frustrated, or irritable. This is understandable. It is this tension, however, that serves as a tool … an opportunity. Remain aware, and your tension and your frustration point directly to your “shoulds”. “This should not be happening.” In your mind, perhaps, but it is happening. This is your reality. Shoulds argue with reality. No wonder you are frustrated. Observe reality and adjust, adjust, adjust instead of fighting it. Fighting is the cause of your frustration, not the actual situation. Reality will always be what it is. Frustration arises when reality is not what you think it should be.
You are so very loved.

That is a really good way of looking at things and makes so much sense! Thank you.
Thank you, Suzanne. This is just what I needed to see!
Thanks for this, Suzanne. Working hard not to attach an emotion to a situation. I was just asking my inner guide to help me find my way to accepting and then this. Love the synchronicity!
