So many are in a hurry to have 2020 behind you. Yes, life flows in cycles, and New Years are the start of one of the greatest you experience, but what of each day? Do not believe that the calendar will turn on January 1st and suddenly all of your challenges will be behind you. Life goes on, and challenges are part of it. You see a new year as an opportunity for a fresh start, and it is. But see each day, each minute, each moment as a new start, for they are. Looking towards the future in hopes that something will change negates the power that you have in this moment to change your thoughts as to how you view the year, the day, the minute. Do not lose a second of your life wishing for something better. Embrace this moment by looking about you and finding the opportunity … to be grateful and to love with all your heart. In so doing, “better” will naturally unfold.
You are oh so very loved.
I am going through my first week of chemotherapy presently. Keeping in mind that I am not given more than I can handle, I am looking for the lessons, for the connection to challenges in my past and where the lessons are, where I will be more able in the future. Thank you for this reminder for mindfulness daily, moment by moment!
Surrounding you with love and healing light, Marcia!
Wow! I love how you say that. I watch somebody also on YouTube and they say the same thing they use oracle cards and they say take one day at a time, take 24 hours at a time for that is what we can handle and as I always say I am so blessed and loved everything I do have.Thank you very much and I hope you have a blessing weekend.
Thank you Suzanne for bring us this critical wisdom. I have been reminding myself for some time now how important this approach to life is for me and everyone. Bless you, Daniel
This is perfect for the day after Christmas in this “unprecedented” year of 2020. That is what I try to do – count my blessings. It doesn’t come naturally, but I try.
Thank You, such a precious reminder to be in the moment we have now.
This is wonderful. We always have to remind ourself.
As I walked a couple of days my 2 dogs, one is 13, I didn’t realize he doesn’t want to be picked up for a lift into the car anymore. So it was probably the last walk in the woods and lake where he loved it. I am actually looking back to those happy walks.
But I enjoy him at home and I am aware it will not last too. So the moments are precious.
I feel so very fortunate to read these wonderful, wonderful, and meaningful messages, Suzanne. Thank you so much for sharing these precious gems.
Thank YOU!
Wishing you and yours all the best at this holiday season Suzanne. Just come in from 2 hours of amazing shoveling, which in the past I would have looked at as horrible work, but now as warming, endorphin releasing, satisfying, even though it already needs redoing! So today’s message mirrors what I am feeling even though I am alone and way out in the country, the weather is astounding, 2 ft of snow in the last 3 hours. I’m loving it more and more with each passing day. .
I keep thinking of your group Sanaya, especially William James, whose work I came To Love, whose writing was full of his personality- with such flashes of wit, wisdom, humor, and deep moral imperative. That was why I used his notion of Truth as the basis for my doctoral dissertation about whistleblowing in the medical field.
Exactly, while so many are setting resolutions, predicting what 2021 is to bring us, I have listened to you Sanaya, through Suzanne thank you so much, I have no expectations of the new year whatsoever, my motto is….I live in the moment period! I do love the idea that every moment is a chance for a new “fresh start,” this too I will hang on to this very thought and embrace….that was interesting. Use the interesting moments as opportunities, or at least find the opportunities guided by those beyond the veil. Love to all! Tammy Curry.
Isn’t this a freeing way to live? Beautiful, Tammy!
Yes it is, and so many thank you’s to you and Sanaya!!!!!! I cannot wait till January is it the 4th or the 6th when we continue your Mediumship course, although I am enjoying my experiences immensely leading up to the next gathering I feeeeeeeel there is a BAM about to happen for me, hahahahahaha. Those beyond the veil I feel are soooooo excited Tammy is baaaaaack and again thanks to you Suzanne!
I just recently found you and I am truly grateful for the wisdom you share with your readers. Thank you for this post, it is all so easy to wish 2020 away.
So true. Thank you!
Numbers days dates are man mind creations
Whereas the divine concious mind is limitless and caries on as divine infinite duty expects us to do … with divine infinite daily gratitude and humbleness
Hi Suzanne, I am so glad I found you on Youtube and have enjoyed every moment.
I had an aunt with your abilities and people came to see her from far and wide. When I was young I used to ask auntie Jean if I could do what she does? The answer was I was not ready. Maybe it is possible. I would sure like to try.
The soul is always ready, Kelly!
I needed to be reminded of this.
This is my first holiday season without my husband being physically present. I’m trying to realize that he’s probably around and aware of what I’m doing, since we do have a “forever connection,” but I’m really missing him. I’m hoping, through your course, that I’ll be able to establish a new form of connection. I love your words of wisdom, Suzanne!
