You sit in a chair that is too small for your body. It limits your movement. What do you think it is like for the soul to inhabit a body? It is by choice that the soul incarnates. It does so knowing the limitations this imposes on the Light. It is all for the experience, and it is only a temporary restriction on its eternal, limitless nature. How else to have the unique experiences of being human? Oh, the choices that face one in a body! Oh, the relationship challenges and joys! Oh, the wonder of looking at a hand and seeing the many machinations it can make! Ill-fitting in one sense and illusory as it causes the soul to mistakenly believe it is ever anything less than Light.
You are so very loved. It can be no other way.

Sorry to be the spelling policeman. Should be spelled “unrestricted.” :)
Thank you, Patric. Typo is noted and corrected!
hello, wanted to say thank you for this today, its so simple and we complicate everything. its so hard to imagine i chose to be here now especially being told my whole life (in the church anyway) that we certainly did not choose anything god chose everything and how dare i question that.. its been a rough couple of years but its been the best at the same time. alot of awakening alot of growing and trusting finally. thank you again!
I cannot help but wonder if we – as souls – were not told how difficult human life actually is…
Is it possible, we were somehow fooled into thinking human life would not be too difficult.
When you are very young, human life is exciting and unlimited.
But, when you get older, you realise that human life entails a lot of suffering and disappointment.
I wonder are we actually given the choice to incarnate as a human.? If I was given a choice I would say ” Noo waaayyy….. “.
