Picture a fountain going upwards and outwards, flowing ever onward, round and round. Now picture two fountains end to end and you will have a most excellent representation of how the energy flows in your personal field as well as around all living objects. This shape is called a torus. Come to know it and visualize fresh energy flowing through and around you like a fountain. In this way, you revitalize the field from which the body is formed. The field is primary.

I found this attached article about the torus and was particularly interested by their reference to sacred geometry. If I recall correctly, Suzanne spoke in one of her videos of discovering the concept of sacred geometry and, in particular, her connection to the Flower of Life, which they mention here.
