When something does not feel right, walk away. Do not run. That would allow fear to be in control. You control your emotions once you notice them. By walking when you sense discomfort or feel ill at ease, you are able to keep your finger on the pulse of your emotions. And pulse they will, moment by moment as you step, pause, discern, and choose your next step. This is how to get through life one breath, feeling, choice, and step at a time, and this is how you grow with lessons that are as painless as possible.

Many times in my youth I have felt the need to escape an unknown threat and was able to center myself with thoughts of a “guardian”. Not sure why I was less fearful when younger and now not so?! I have experienced the bliss of the beyond this life and have no fear of death, yet, still with decades behind me I find myself being pulled to know more about other dimensions. Thank you for your offerings and insights. I am on a new path after finding you. 🙏🏼🌻
