If you were to pause and take a deep breath, oh what a treasure you would find! First, how much tension the body holds. Now let that go. Exhale long and slow. There, at the bottom of the breath is peace. You cannot remain here long, for this ongoing cycle is what sustains you. This is life. In that ending and beginning between two breaths is the clue to all of This. That pause is both empty and full, just like your deepest essence. You find this same state of pure Being between seconds, between heartbeats, between lifetimes. Emptiness and fullness rolled into one. This is the wholeness from which you and your story arise. You are not broken or separate. You are part of the flow of Wholeness. Go here in between the distractions of the role you are playing and you will find the treasure most only seek.
You are so very loved.

Mozart said the beauty of his music came from the silence BETWEEN the notes. ???
Love the above quote <3 It's just wonderful, beautiful. <3 Thank you to Susanne & Sanaya for this powerful and uplifting reminder <3
I love these messages and look forward to them everyday. I am so thankful that you share them. As I read them, I find peace and my soul wants to realize and remember but then I notice as I go through this human day- I get caught up in it and the worries, stress and irritations guide me…… it’s not until I read the daily message again that I realize that I am not living the way I want. I have to be more mindful during the day to step out of the earth experience and be who I really am…..and remember the words of Sanaya.
BTW- I always love your photos with the messages so much…… today- at first glance, I thought this is an amazing picture…..but as I started to really look at it – it gave me an uncomfortable feeling. I think because the stream that is coming from or leaving the girl is dark….. It’s like something evil is rising up or going in……… Maybe it is just some darkness in me that made me feel that way :(
Thank you SO much for all you do! The things I learn from you have changed my for the better!
Wonderful insights.
