You are caressed by the Divine. Put your own hand upon your cheek and imagine this. We wish you to know how very loved you are. Perhaps you chose at a soul level to interact with souls who have forgotten you are all part of one soul family and love each other dearly in the more expanded realms. In this limited world in which all appears separate, it is easy to forget. Caress the cheek as you ask to remember how it feels to be beyond the body where all that is known is connection, and therefore love. As you do so, allow the body to do its job as an instrument of this Love and feel the connection coming from the greatest Love there is. Yes, it is true: You are so very loved. It can be no other way.

Remembering …”how it feels to be beyond the body” is also a reason one needs to be balanced for “remembering” only the feeling, without remembering “the way”, might draw you toward forgetfulness that all here on earth is exactly as it need be, to remain in God’s control – because our forgetfulness requires God’s control, and it is thereby we require and receive remindings. We learn to remember we are capable of reminding ourselves in a multitude of ways by being conscious of ALL around us, all those blessings that are provided in love.
Always amazes me how many of the messages are so in tune with my daily activities. When I opened the email with today’s message, I literally already had my hand on my cheek. Also, I’m heading to my cousins house this afternoon to meet her newborn daughter for the first time so the picture also snatched me. There is much more order to the universe and our lives than we can possibly imagine. Larger forces are obviously managing it all in a beautiful dance. Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya!

I just sent this to my granddaughter who is studying in Rome this fall. Wonderful to know she is loved. We have such a close bond and wanted her to know if she touched her check it would be me reaching across the pond to give her some love
