Without your story you would have no anger. Why is that? For stories tell you what to think. They come with their inherent shoulds and musts. When others do not meet your should and musts, you feel anger (or disappointment, or, however you may fill in the blank). Then why does not everyone experience anger at the same things? For you all have slightly different stories.
Do you all grow angry when you witness senseless killing? Most do, of course. This is natural. We are not speaking of this now. We are speaking of the day-to-day family interactions and those with friends and co-workers that knock you off balance. It is your story that keeps you there. Have a look. If you are angry and others are not, you have a choice. You always have a choice: Believe the story, or see it for what it is. When you do this enough times, then you will begin to see who you really are, and trust us, you are not your story.
Hello, Sanaya!
It’s strange writing to you here, when I actually really believe that you can feel what I feel, but just in case you prefer reading it :)) I am writing it here.
I loved today’s picture of the butterflies and I thank you for it. I know everyone loves butterflies, but anyway, I thank you!
I admit that I do not fully understand the message surrounding it and even if I did, it would be the truth created through my own experiences and story. And as you said, I am not my story. But also, I could add I start from my story. Or at least I think so :)
You are very special. And it’s really nice that all the time you are underlining how we are all equally special. It’s actually incredible to believe that we are so beautiful-as you are- but I trust you.
It was nice writing to you :)
P.s. Thank you also for all the incredible words of love and love and love! <3
Andra, you’re reply was wonderful . Sanaya suggests looking at our story for limiting beliefs learned through our interactions, but also as you say we use that story to be that amazing Andra.
You illustrated Sanaya’s message with beauty. Our stories when investigated, and integrated creates the sparks to the mural in Sistine Chapel, the writing of the Declaration of Independence, the transport of our boats to Houston to help in a flood,.. And even more to find joy and fullness in the picture of a butterfly ? :)
Thank you, Glenn, for taking the time to read my message and reply <3
As we all do sometimes, we feel Sanaya is speaking directly to us at some point.
I had only just discovered Suzanne and Sanaya for 3 days when this post appeared. It just so happens that my nickname is "Butterfly", even my husband has me written like that in his phone :))
So it was just a really beautiful coincidence.
Thank you again for your reply!
It's really beautiful connecting with people that are open to the same things <3
Stories are from ego and feature the dramatis personae of this earthly drama created to challenge us and our free will to make decisions based on love. The ego is of this realm only. Enlightenment, entering the light, means detaching ever so slightly from the story and its playschool dramas, then allowing our true, eternal selves, the I AM, to flood our consciousness and our hearts. The I AM is only love. It sees all the dramatis personae as dear friends, fellow perfect and precious souls playing in the schoolhouse called Earth.
