Energy flows where Consciousness goes. Perhaps you have heard this said, and it is true. Do you have a pain in the body? By focusing your attention there, the pain will seem worse. Yes, pain calls your attention to a challenge so that you can deal with it. Once you have dealt with it to the extent of your ability, find another focus, perhaps using a mantra—a positive phrase you can repeat—to move consciousness to another focus and get it flowing more easily. You have far more control than you may realize, and when you reach the limit of your control, turn your challenges over to your angels, who are waiting to assist you as you ask.

yes it is true. I tried – desperately- to focus on something else while traveling and sleeping in a VW camper when I had poison ivy and the itch can drive you crazy.
Then I started to think of my deceased husband who fought for 18 years Leukemia. He suffered so much but his hope and faith kept him always positive. I admired him and still do. poison ivy is nothing against that.

Recently I have made a ‘discovery’ of the things that hold me back, well, at least it seems that I’ve peeled off another layer….
It is thanks to you, Sanaya and other light beings, that I understand more situations in my life and am able to make more sense out of them and adjust myself a bit and to join my spirit more :-)

It seeméd to me, that people here in the Czech Republic.are awaking very slowly, and that there is not enough spiritual information that I hear in english and resonate deeply with.

I had a dream about my beloved dog “Teddy”. He was very sick with diabetes and some other issues . He was in pain and. Just could not see him going through this. So. Had him put down . In the dream he was free and walking in grass to meet me. It was a wonderful encounter. He was born n my house and we were very close. I’m wondering if he is waiting for me on other side of veil?
