Do you look for unity or separation? What is the first thing you see when you gaze upon another? The body, of course. You are seeing with the eyes. Now what do you do next? Do you try to determine if they are friend or foe? Welcome to human nature, but this is a carry-over from your heritage when man was a hunter-gatherer. Times are changing. Consciousness is rising. Instead of looking for differences, what if you looked for wholeness? You can find similarities, of course, but that is still only part of the picture. Picture this: where you see a whole person, you see the sum of many parts. Not all will ever match up. Do not miss out on on countless connections. See the wholeness.
You are so very loved.

Based on several things you’ve shared, I’ve been looking at people and thinking of a big game we’re all playing in which we are trying out different “outfits/bodies” so we can experience various lessons or consequences related to how we do or don’t fit into the environment in which we’ve landed. It helps me surrender egoic beliefs more easily. Thanks for all you’re sharing.
Just keep repeating! We are conditioned to see parts, not the Whole. Yet we live in a Quantum world where All is One has been recognized for sometime. Just practice.
