What does Spirit ask of you? Your trust that life is unfolding in a manner that allows for the greatest growth, the greatest joy, the greatest peace. You may not see it now from the view behind the physical eyes. Do you feel that pressure in the chest … that insistent nagging that something is missing? You are already whole, so how can something be missing? Awareness. Awareness of your connection to that which is Aware always … your indivisibility with all of nature and all beings in existence. Allow that awareness to travel from the chest area to the head and accept that you cannot understand the vastness of this connection while peering through the head’s portals. With this acceptance, trust begins to flow. And then, dear soul, the miracles follow. This is the miracle of awakening.

About the indivisibility with all beings in existence. I noticed something when writing a letter about my day to my husband who crossed the veil almost 3 months ago.
I noticed first the incredible uplift of spirit, the joy and happiness in my heart, the quickening of the flow of energy through my body. I slept all night without waking.
But more importantly the higher vibration was still solidly in place the next morning. I felt that my connection was BOTH Healing and Teaching. I didn’t realize that this was also a doorway to the divine but now I think it is!!!

Thank you for this message! Question: the definition of the word Spirit please. My logical mind asks me: What/who is meant by the term Spirit when Suzanne uses that term. Thank you for all you do.
I am putting forth to the Universe my desire for a mini “dictionary” by Suzanne. Others definitions won’t help, for I am following the
knowledge coming forth thru Suzanne.
Hi Patricia. For me, Spirit is the non-physical expression of the Infinite Intelligence/Divine Mind that manifests as all sentient beings/creatures. It is ALSO that Mind, Itself. Spirit/Source/Consciousness/Awareness/God … synonyms, and all of us are limited expressions of that. You might call these limited expressions of Spirit “souls.”

I just read your wonderful e-book, Awakenings. In sharing what life is like in The Afterlife, Sanaya said, “You may visit those in the human consciousness realms on particular missions, or at the other levels. You may be seen as an angel or as an orb. Those with eyes to see will see your glow.” My question is this: Are the orbs that clearly appear in some of my photographs taken at family gatherings, loved ones who have crossed the veil and are joining us in the festivities?
