Be aware of energy fields and how they interact. What you consider to be “you” is one energy field comprised of many, many fields within the greater you, as each cell, each organ, each system, for example is its own field. Note that we have said “is” a field and not “has” a field.
As you interact with other people, who are fields, you can easily take on their characteristics, their mannerisms, and even their thoughts. Whose thoughts are they, anyway? Ultimately, there is one Field of Being, and you and all of your fields and all that is are subsets of This. If you wonder why you behave as you do, why you think as you do, why you feel as you do, begin to consider fields and their interactions. You will find it most enlightening.
You are so very loved. It can be no other way.

Thank you for this insight. One question… So do we need to love all other subsets of fields unconditionally and allow them to mingle with us or is it healthy to have some boundaries while still being loving?
Your soul knows the answer to this one! At the level of energy/the fields, there is only connection, which is love. When we take the perspective of the more dense frequencies which make us appear independent instead of interdependent, then the differences cause challenges. These are opportunities to unconditionally love the Light within all beings, yet to carefully and compassionately set boundaries for the projections of the Light which are acting out of harmony with their true nature. I’m lost on this message; don’t understand the message re: fields.
Hi Laura. E=MCsquared means energy and matter are the same. What appears solid when viewed through a microscope (then keep going beyond what our instruments can measure) is actually vibrating energy … fields of vibration … information flowing … limitless, infinite combinations of frequencies dancing. We think our bodies and our “selves” are independent, individual beings, when at the fundamental level, we are interdependent beings of this energy … this intelligent, creative, self-aware LIGHT. We are a part of the one field of Light, not apart from it!

What a great way to picture the interacting! I always thought I was just susceptible to situation. Although I did not like what I was picking up from others . I found it difficult to stop them.. then one day I learned how to put up a shield from them. Thank you for explaining this today

I’d love to see an artist’s rendition
of this cellular/auric…interaction?… at perhaps a granular level? The best visual I have is a bar magnet with its surrounding magnetic field. That field, however, does not appear to influence each atom’s activity whereas the opposite seems to be true of the cellular/auric setup.
