What inspires you? Then why are you not doing it more often? Oh, there are many excuses, and yes, of course, other people to factor into your choices, but when you feel that quickening, that lift that comes from doing what you love, then you know your soul’s purpose. If, for some reason, you cannot pursue it at this time or the time has passed, beware of bitterness. It is a poison to the system. The soul knows what it loves, and connecting with others in a helpful way will always feed the soul. Passion, purpose, and connecting … this is LIFE*.
You are so very loved.

I feel like I’m done with my purpose. I’ve maybe been with too much loss, but I feel broken and empty and where joy has always lived, I can’t find light anymore. How do you carry on with sorrow as an overwhelming and constant companion?
Dearest Sherri, you find the place in you beyond the stories of heartbreak. You find it in meditation and then you know you can return there. As you experience it more and more, you reconnect with others in service. Please try my “Journey of Consciousness” Meditation on the gifts page of my website. https://www.suzannegiesemann.com/gifts/ This will help you experience the state beyond the story. Sending you love …
Thank you Suzanne…
You’re such a gift and a powerful healing presence in our world. I’ll heed your advice. I know that I’m not the pain I’m in, but I recognize I’m identifying with it in a way that is so unhealthy.
Blessings to you, Beautiful Human
Thank you.
These are so beautiful ❤️
I wonder if you could talk about this “quickening”, this “lift”. What does that mean exactly?
Is it like excitement, a knowing and perhaps a longing of wanting something so much to be a part of or connected, that it gives you that sense of hope? A passion, the creativity, a sense of goodness, truth and beauty. , a sense of be,ongoing, being connected to that part of yourself that is in divine alignment?
Well said, Cheryl. You got it!
