In the physical world, you use a barrier when you apply a toxic substance to another object. Perhaps you wear a glove or use a brush. Why is this? For the flow goes in both directions. You do not want that toxic stuff on you or in you. Flow is everywhere, dear friend. When do you put up emotional barriers? Much of this is learned behavior. You recognize toxic energies when you feel them. Watch out for the energetic barriers. Be careful not to block them, but to let them pass right through you. Set the intention that no energies will harm you, but simply allow you to make soul-based choices how best to respond. Once the blocking begins, even the loving energies may not flow, therefore, dance with what presents itself and be free.

Suzanne you’ve changed my life and I want to say thank you! I am currently reading “Wolf’s Message” because I received a sign, I believe. Out of nowhere I was drawn in my mind to the word WOLF and then to the word FLOW. Realizing if you spell wolf backwards it is the word flow. Since then I keep hearing/seeing the word flow and wolf and I’m on chapter 15 – In the flow of “Wolf’s Message” . Synchronicity’s are in abundance as reading each chapter which I love thank you so much for you and wolf sharing the message.

Indeed it’s all passing through but our programmed mindsets put up a defensive barrier of the 3D thinking which stops the flow. Wow, thanks for the Higher Education which is in so much resonance with me and hopefully for all humanity at various points of their allowing . Blessings.

14th of October is an especially difficult day for me, since I lost my beloved partner last year on this day in a horrible way. I am watching the “beyond the veil” summit (which strangely fall around this day). I was inspired by you to ask my beloved for a sign on this day – to get some help to get through it in a uplifting way. It’s the first time I really ask for this – I am realizing, I have been not feeling worthy to demand anything. But I was inspirered by you to finally do it. We are on holiday on Ibiza (as I didn’t feel like being home in Denmark on this day) and the first thing I see popping up on our map, planning for the day, is the name of a restaurant/bar with my beloved’s name – Jesper. This is so not a spanish name and this restaurant is 300 meters from our hotel, but we haven’t notice it the whole two weeks we have been here. I was so thankful of this and told my 13 old daughter. She was all exited and that evening we went and ate there and really had a special evening. It really changed my day from only feeling sorrow to feeling grateful and connected across the veil. So thank you from my heart?

I’m really new at this venture in to communication with the other side, when it comes to flow, I must have the Hoover Dam between me and it, I’m about as intuitive as a rock. I recently lost the love of my life & it’s taken a devastating toll on me which has prompted my research into the other side. Thank you for sharing your gift Suzanne.
