Life is not something you “get through.” Do you have a tendency, when given a task, to focus on the end goal, perhaps to rush through the steps to get to the end without as much attention given to the means? Perhaps you are doing that with this life you have chosen. You, the soul, are in no hurry. You, the human, may have missed the meaning of life: to be savored … the bitter as well as the best. It is not true that you only get one chance, but even if you get a million, you are living for the experience of it. Yes, for the Joy. How much can you eek out of this experience that aligns with your soul’s nature? “Stop and smell the roses” is most excellent advice, no matter how small the task, for the task of be-ing never ends.
Be that which you are, Love.
Thank you, I believe this is so, the soul has no time restrictions. However on a dull day, my body now tired and weary I needed this in writing!
A terrific, timely teaching once more – Gratitude Suzanne and Sanaya ?
Great reminder! Anyone who was in business, corporate or otherwise, may remember “get it done…like yesterday!” I still carry a smidgeon of this tendency in my experiences, but I’m so grateful to be where I am now and experience the miracles before me.
