You speak of parallel realities and wonder if they exist, and we tell you that you are operating in two that you can be quite aware of right now. In one, your earth school, you can play many roles. In the other, the reality of your higher self, you know yourself as separate from these roles. Go ahead: choose sides, drink, eat, argue, play. That is the reality in which one aspect of you finds itself. Play your earthly role to the fullest and see what you learn and how you can serve. Know, though, that because alternate realities exist, you can shift awareness at any time and simply be love, be peace, be joy, and so forth. Such freedom comes with knowing that Reality cannot be limited to one experience.

The word Reality comes from the Latin word “res” which simply means thing. We tend to equate reality with things we can see, hear, touch, taste and smell, but the spiritual realm is not composed of things . Knowing and believing are spiritual awareness in consciousness and these cannot be limited.. I was once told in meditation, “How about believing you have received?”
