Life is about movement. Energy flows. When you do not feel like getting up off the couch and moving is the last thing you want to do, it is the first thing that you want to do. Spirit utilizes the breath. Notice: no breath, no life. Vitalize yourself with the breath, most especially fresh air. Feeling stagnant? Step outside. Feeling better? Step out and step it up. You do not need to run. Move the muscles, move the air, move the body as a whole and the body will thank you in ways that go far beyond the body. You are LIFE: Love In Full Expression. Express life through movement as often as you can and reap the rewards.

I found that when I’m outside doing physical activity, it’s easier to move my energy rather than my body: it feels to me that the body simply follows naturally then, and I get less tired that way. Maybe it’s helpful to those who feel too tired to do physical activity (health issues aside).

I love this straightforward reminder. It reminds me of the Buddhist saying, ” If you don’t have time to meditate for 30 minutes, then meditate for an hour”.
