Drawn outward by the senses, you fail to notice what is happening within the body. Perhaps you grow a bit lightheaded. Perhaps there is a tingling, or the skin erupts in goosebumps. What has caused these physical sensations? Could it be there is more than meets the eye in and around you? How would you know if there is a non-physical world if you cannot see it or touch it? The body can give you subtle clues. Yes, these are still sensory experiences. Mine them for greater awareness. With heightened awareness, you will come to use your non-physical senses and then you will know. Knowing is the goal. You call it claircognizance. It is the gift of the soul, and it is one of the greatest ways your loved ones who have passed speak to you. Do you not already know in your heart that love never dies … that death is but a temporary goodbye? Only the physical form has gone away. With heightened awareness and less of an outward focus, you will come to know, truly know, this Truth.

Thank you, and yes, the more I pay attention, the more I understand what to look for. And then there is more than I could ever have known to look for.
Malcolm, (that’s me) was a borderline skeptic.
I.E. I had always hoped that there might be something after death, but my logical mind had so many unanswered questions to consider that I found it almost impossible to accept that conclusion.
Then, in April 2020, everything changed.
My wife and lifelong companion for the past 66 years suffered a massive stroke and died.
Or so I thought.
But since then she has made herself known to just about every member of my large family (7 children – 12 grandchildren – and 13 great grand children) – through various signs, dreams, and visitations, that cannot be explained away by any normal, logical, means.
At her funeral, for example, which I was not able to attend due to Covid Symptoms, she was seen or sensed by 5 different adult members of my family – who were all sitting with their backs to each other several metres apart. She was dancing to the music with her long dead father. And one of my other daughters who could not be in the church due to restricted covid limitations asked incredulously when they all came out “I saw the shadows – which of you were dancing at a Funeral?”
Since then, two of my youngest great grandchildren have spoken about “Nana” and have said that they have had converstaions with her (usually in Bathrooms) which have been overheard by their Moms. Plus visitations where she has been seen at the foot of their beds. All confirmed without fear and all apparently quite normal as far as they were concerned,
In addition, other family members have experienced very vivid “dreams”of her, plus weird happenings such as objects moving, telephones ringing, and signs like butterflies and feathers that were all totally out of place.
Amongst my own experiences, usually at night whilst sleeping, I have been woken over 50 times during the past few months by loud knocking followed quite often by a sensation of her soul passing through me at the base of my spine, sometimes preceded by her calling my name and once by the words “I am outside the window”
These were not dreams, I was wide awake when they happened, I timed them on a bedside clock and wrote them all down, and I am not in any way a victim of hallucinations.
So – are spirits really real?

I get goosebumps sometimes if something touches my soul and heart, or my ears are ringing. I know how it feels when I am ” happy” for no reason.
I know when my stomach contracts that is not a good sign.

Hi Suzanne, I have had so many experiences before and after my son passed. One of which I am having a hard time forgiving myself for. On the night he passed they were screaming in my ear and since I was not used to this I blew it off only to find out they were trying to warn me of my sons peril. This happened 6 years ago and ever since I have been to see two mediums one said that my son is asking me to learn to meditate and the other medium said they are waiting for me to make move/learn more? I am not sure what she means. The meditation I have tryed many times and can get my head o stop spinning out of control. I have been listening to many of your youtube talks etc. and I am hanging on to every word. I also have been saving money so that I can take some classes, after Covid of course, but I have no idea where to start. The things that have I have experienced I can’t explain and have no idea who to talk to about. One experience I had was a very vivid dream of a translucent skinned person with blue eyes placing a ball of white light into my mouth and when it went into my body I felt LOVE in every cell of my body. When I woke from the dream I felt the love in my cells for about 12 hours until the feeling slowly went away. This happened before my son passed. I have been gifted many feathers since my sons passing. I have been touched on my shoulder, had my hair flicked. I have seen shadow out of the corner of my eye and the room turn foggy like time standing still. I felt my son rub my back the morning after his passing, that freaked me out and I wish I didn’t react like that but I am new to all this. I have also heard my name whispered in my ear.
