Thank you for this. I love how noticing our physical selves and the material world around us helps us ground. In my Somatic Experiencing work, we call that “orienting.” It’s not just something we can do when we’re triggered by memories and/or emotions, but something we can do any time anywhere. I certainly need to do it more often and appreciate the reminder!
Nature has given so much more than we could ever understand in our short 3D existence on Earth. All materials and inventions created on this planet originated in nature. SO many book have been written about this.
